Studio BuiltIN is a young, design-driven architectural practice based in Delhi, working on projects across India. With a shared vision of making quality design accessible, we focus on creating spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and rooted in everyday life. Our approach blends practicality with creativity. From initial concept to on-site execution, we believe in delivering designs that respond to real needs—whether it’s a compact residence or a larger development. We collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and craftsmen to ensure every space is not just built, but built well. At Studio BuiltIN, we find beauty in simplicity, meaning in detail, and purpose in every line drawn. The studio is led by three architects—Raunak Raj, Shubham Kumar, and Padmanabha G—all graduates from VNIT Nagpur, each bringing a unique mix of experiences and sensibilities to the table.
Ar. Raunak Raj
With over 4 years at Studio Lotus, Raunak contributed to diverse large-scale projects across India, along with international work in Oman, Bangladesh, and Nepal. His strength lies in spatial clarity, design storytelling, and a borderline OCD-level obsession with proportion and detail. He once realigned a title block at 3AM—just so it felt “right.”
Ar. Shubham Kumar
With experience at LIVSPACE and other design studios, Shubham has worked across multiple cities including Jaipur, Hyderabad, Raipur, and Nagpur. He’s sharp with details, quick on site solutions, and always up for a design challenge. Also holds the studio record for most “Let’s do it tomorrow?” jokes in one week.
Ar. Padmanabha G
Having worked with leading luxury design firms like Khosla Associates and Vernekar Associates in Bengaluru, Padmanabha adds finesse and a strong design sensibility to the team. He’s meticulous, material-savvy, and effortlessly balances elegance with practicality. Loves design so much, he’s been caught colour-coding his lunch.
